Annual Convention

Welcome to the Annual Convention web page for the Seventh-day Adventist Church in South Queensland.

For your information, Seventh-day Adventist Church (South Queensland Conference) Limited (ABN 23 104 195 897) operates this convention for the benefit of members and friends of the church in South Queensland.

The Annual Convention is being held this year (2010) from the 17th to the 25th September 2010 at our Watson Park Convention Centre, Old Gympie Road, Kallangur, Qld 4503.

Applications

Applications for accommodation at the 2010 Annual Convention will effectively be open as from Monday 31st May 2010.

Applications may be submitted in several forms for processing:

• On-line payment via credit card or direct bank account debit. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

• A hardcopy application can be downloaded in PDF form to be completed and returned to our office as per paper applications below.

• Paper application forms will be available in our South Queensland churches on Sabbath 29th May 2010 and can be posted / faxed to our office once completed.
  
  

Terms and Conditions of the South Queensland Conference Annual Convention

In order to complete the application process for accommodation at our Annual Convention via the on-line process, the Terms and Conditions will need to be read and agreed to before application process can be continued.

Refund Policy

Should you need to cancel an accommodation booking, such will only be will be accepted and fully refunded up and including the 8th September 2010. After this date, only in special circumstances will refunds be considered, otherwise Accommodation fees will be forfeited.

When completing the on-line application process through the Seventh-day Adventist Church (South Queensland Conference) Limited including payment via credit card or direct bank debit, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.
